Do read her stuff if you haven't been already - she talks a lot about how essentially older women/mothers won't be respected in society until they accept themselves.

That's exactly what I'm trying to convey: we need to accept *and embrace* ourselves as women, regardless of age, for society to appreciate what we have to offer. I love her focus on providing wisdom that childless men can't provide. We need more of that!
